WizzPass provides an assistant functionality to provide enhanced convenience to Assistants and their managers. Assistants can assign themselves to certain line managers so that they can make a booking and/or receive visitor-arrival notifications (via email and text) on behalf of their line manager(s).

The line manager will receive an email requesting them to confirm that their assistant can make bookings and/or receive notifications on their behalf. Once confirmation is accepted, the assistant will be able to manage both their own and their manager’s visitors on their own Assistant dashboard, improving the visitor management process for both the assistant, the manager, and the visitors.
