How WizzPass can help manage COVID-19 safety at your workplace.

With the declaration by the World Health Organisation that COVID-19 is an international pandemic, WizzPass has implemented extra precautionary measures to protect the staff, visitors, and suppliers of our clients.

WizzPass is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our clients and their visitors, as well as assisting and helping stop the spread of the virus wherever and however possible. Visitor screening measures will allow our clients to minimize infection exposure and identify affected individuals in the event that contact tracing is required.

The virus has made it crucial for workplaces to limit unnecessary person-to-person contact and potential transmission incidents.

The WizzPass Visitor Management Solution has multiple ways for clients to pre-screen visitors to their workplace before allowing them access – allowing the company to deny access to anyone who has been presenting symptoms and to manage the risk of further coronavirus transmissions.

Clients can implement the pre-screening “health assessment” function on their check-in tablet. When a visitor clicks “Check-In” on the tablet, they will immediately be presented with a dialog-box containing information about the virus and any further questions the client would like to ask their visitor. If the visitor answers “yes” to the question(s) a message will be displayed to the visitor informing them that they are unable to proceed with the check-in process and that they are to notify their host, reception staff or building security.

An alternative way for clients to pre-screen visitors before they check-in to the building is by enabling the WizzPass “agreement” functionality in the pre-registration and check-in app. The agreement function will present the visitor with a variety of questions (as determined by each client) which will require the visitor to sign the agreement digitally – stating that they agree with a series of questions.

For example:

Subtitle

  • The visitor has not been to any COVID-19 high-risk areas in the past 14 days.
  • The visitor has not been in contact with anyone who has been to any COVID-19 high-risk areas.
  • The visitor has not had any flu-like symptoms or treatment for flu in the past two weeks.
  • The visitor is not currently feeling sick.

This agreement is then stored digitally on the client’s WizzPass history for record keeping purposes, and is also sent via email to the visitor for their own personal recordkeeping. The agreement validity period is determined by each client so you are in control of how often you would like visitors to re-sign the digital agreement.

We recommended continually cleaning and sanitizing your check-in desk and check-in kiosks to further protect your workplace.
