Automated calendar booking
Visitor bookings are automated through calendar invites. The host just adds a designated email address such as visit@wizzpass.com or visit@companyname.com into their calendar invite and visitor-bookings to external visitors coming to your building are automatically saved and sent.
Host dashboard for employees
Alternatively, hosts can use their employee dashboard to book upcoming visitors. They simply just add their visitors’ email addresses and the date of the meeting and the bookings will be saved and sent. They host can also use this dashboard to edit or delete existing bookings, see all their own upcoming visits and see the history of all their past visitors.
Confirmation of booking
Once a booking has been made via the host’s calendar or on the host dashboard, the visitor gets an immediate email confirmation with details of their upcoming visitor booking – providing peace of mind to the visitor and a great first impression of their upcoming visit.
The host also receives an email confirming which visitors have been booked, and if the host edits or deletes an upcoming booking they also receive an email confirming the visits that have been updated or deleted.
Visitors can pre-register
In the email confirmation received by the visitor, the visitor can be provided with a link to download a Visitor Smartphone App (where applicable), or a link to an online pre-registration page. The visitor can use the Visitor App or the online pre-registration page to pre-register all the details required and complete any safety questionnaires required.
This means the visitor does not have to spend time registering their details when they arrive at the building – which saves time before the meeting, and reduces queues and congestion at the reception area.
