WizzPass provides a seamless walk-in centre system that reduces handling-time, improves convenience and provides beneficial reporting of customer attendance. Visitors can make use of a self-service check-in kiosk and can select their “reason for visit” to the walk-in centre.

Each walk-in centre consultant has their own personal dashboard to view all waiting customers and can assign themselves to a specific customer (a name stamp is placed next the customer’s name as a record of which consultant is attending to the customer). Once done, the consultant can “Check-out” the customer which can trigger a text/email asking them to provide a customer feedback rating.

Administrators and Supervisors have their own dashboard that they can use to see and export a list of current or past visitors and see which consultants are attending (or have attended to) each customer.
